Born in Redmond, Washington, Dr. Joseph Coté completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Chemistry from Western Washington University, where, in addition to his studies, he also played for the college Rugby team. Dr. Coté received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia. Following this, he completed a 3-year Foot and Ankle Surgical Residency at UF Health in Jacksonville, Florida, with wide exposure to Sports Medicine, Wound Care, Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery, Total Ankle Replacement, and Diabetic Limb Salvage.
