  RICHARD B. ROSE

  Partner

  Richard B. Rose, born and raised in New York City, attended the University of Denver for both his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctor degrees. In undergraduate school, Mr. Rose was admitted to Pi Gamma Mu, the social sciences honor society. He was licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado in 1978, and subsequently, served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Fullerton, a judge of the Denver District Court.

  Katie McClure was born in Bellflower, California in 1977. When she was 7 years old, her family moved to Ft. Collins, Colorado. She has two younger sisters, Molly and Megan, that live in Ft. Collins, currently. Molly works for the family business “Conahan’s Driving School” and Megan is a special education teacher that works with autistic children. Her parents, Rod and Ginny also live in Ft. Collins with their dogs Maxine and Annie.

  Nicole was born in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1971. She grew up in the Orlando, Florida area and graduated from high school in 1989. After graduating from high school, she attended Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Nicole majored in English, and received a B.A., cum laude, in 1993. Nicole relished her time in New Orleans, enjoying the culture, music and food (which she greatly misses). While at Tulane, Nicole was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, holding offices such as Assistant Rush Chairman and Secretary.

  Kristina Vasold was born in 1979 in Saginaw, Michigan. She grew up in Saginaw until her family decided to move to a little desert town in Nevada when she was in high school. She graduated high school in 1998 and started her college education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Ever since Kristina was little she wanted to attend school at Michigan State University as her grandfather did, therefore she transferred to MSU and completed her degree in Accounting.

  Jason Carpenter was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1980. On his second birthday, Jason and his family moved to the suburbs of Chicago. He has two younger siblings, Annie and Gabriel. Annie is an Audiologist in downtown Chicago and Gabriel is a Pilot. Jason’s father is a Cardiologist in the Chicago area and his mother works with special needs students at a local high school.

  Rick Kroeger was born in Calumet, Michigan in 1966. His father served in the U.S. Army in Europe during World War II. His mother’s family worked in the copper mines. Rick is proud of his working class heritage as it made him the determined, motivated and caring person that he is today. He has one sister who lives with her husband and children in Wisconsin.

  Todd was born and raised in Memphis, TN and attended the University of TN in Knoxville while studying English Literature. In 1996, he studied abroad at the University of Swansea, Wales and enjoyed traveling throughout the United Kingdom and to France and Greece. After graduating from the University of TN, Todd returned to Memphis to study law at the University Of Memphis School Of Law. He graduated law school in May 2001 and was admitted to practice law in TN in October 2001.

  Zach Elsner was born in Akron, Ohio in 1977. He has two young sons: Eli and Arlo. Zach has four older brothers, and spent his childhood playing sports and enjoying the outdoors with his family. He spent his high school years in Jackson, Tennessee, where he played soccer, basketball, and football.

  Travis Barbarick was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He is the youngest of three children and comes from a family of public school teachers. Travis went to undergraduate school at the University of Central Missouri where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in political science. He was the captain of the wrestling team, a four year letter winner, a 2x qualifier for the National Tournament, and 3x Academic All-American.
